I have always admired the practice of writing and the great work of writers. This appreciation is made easier by my own passion for creative writing. That said, journalism has a big role to play in shaping the cultural landscape in which works and audiences exist.

Years of exercising artistic writing practices led me to hunger also for the objective, observational, critical and forensic worlds of text-based expression. My experiences so far have found me covering West End theatre productions, local restaurant openings and live festival round-ups.
